All throughout the stories in the Bible, God showed the importance of proper timing. When people followed Him and His timing, everything perfectly happened with good result. But when people choose to do things according to their own knowledge and timing, their plan always fails.

In our life, we go through different stages. When we were born, this is the stage of infancy when all we have to do is sleep and drink our milk. As we grow, we go to school and study and learn different things. After we graduated from college, we look for a job, we work, and so on.

Just try to observe people who fast track things in their life. When people get married at a very early age, they do not finish their studies. They find it very hard to find a job and make a living. They need to take care of their kids. They suffer because they are not yet prepared for that kind of responsibility.

When we rush things, we put ourselves in a position of hardship and huge responsibility that we are not prepared for. We must learn to pray and ask God to teach our hearts to wait for His timing. There is no happiness when our plans fail because it is not yet time. We must learn to have patience and the right attitude as we wait on God.
