What are outcomes? Try to consider in your mind
how they are related to
 intentions. In this
 manner, you will be
 able to distinguish the 
difference between an 
intention and an
 outcome, as well as the 
possible link between 
the two. Well-formed
outcomes are dreams,
aspirations, needs,
wants, and objectives
that are refined in order
for them to be
achievable and realistic 
(NLP ‘Well-formed’ or well-designed
outcomes, 1998).
 According to Adler
(2002), the SMART
formulate characterized
the idea of well-formed outcomes.

You must know your goals, then filter or refine the ones that are within the sphere of achievement. From there, provide focused actions so that the objectives can be more achievable and will have a well-formed outcome (Dilts & De Lozier, 2000). The well-formed outcome is the technique used to refine the dreams, aspirations, needs, and wants to a more achievable, realistic one that falls within the means of an individual.

11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. 12 Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. (Jeremiah 29:11-12, NIV)

What did the passage tell us about our hopes, in contrast to the outcomes?

That we want for our lives? What was God’s intent? Even from the start, God intended to prosper you and not to harm you. God intended to give you a destiny. God noted that he would listen to you. Consider your wants, dreams, and wishes. It is advisable to form an outcome that is specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely. It is good to have specific prayers. In this way, you will know exactly that God is moving in your life. You will be able to testify that you prayed and God specifically answered. Measurable? Sure, you can have a gauge for when you want these outcomes to occur. God would either honor your timeframe or He will use His. Either way, God’s timing will be perfect, for sure. Achievable? Realistic? What can God achieve? What is impossible for God? Timely, there is no time to set intentions for your outcomes than today.
