Time to Pray

Take time to pray each and every day.

Pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Pray also for me, that whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains. Pray that I may declare it fearlessly, as I should.Ephesians 6:18-20, NIV

Make Time to Pray

You may be doing a lot of things in life. Work can appear to be stressful. Family may tend to be demanding. Finances might seem to be overwhelming. Maybe it only means one thing: You have got to stop and pray for a while.Perhaps you need to take things slowly.

Praying can always give us a sense of relief.Praying to God is like talking to a friend when we are in the most painful situation. God listens and never ignores us. He will always provide. Why do we need to worry about our tomorrow if we know that we have a “Big” God who will take care of everything that we need? For it was written in the Scriptures,“Can any one of you by worrying add a single hour to your life?” Will it help you if you worry?

It is depressing to know that some may appear to have time to worry rather than spending some time to pray. It will not get most of your time if you will just spare God a minute from your busy schedule. This will not even delay you with your commitments.
